✨ Accessories
Our accessories—infusers, teapots, mugs, and more—are returnable within 14 days if they remain unopened and unused, resting in their original packaging.

💳 Refunds
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
