Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing our artisan tea blends! Below you’ll find details on local delivery and Manitoba shipping.
Local Delivery (Winnipeg Area)
- Delivery Days: Monday–Saturday
- Order Cutoff: 6 PM for next-day delivery
- Delivery Window: 4 PM–8 PM
- Fee: $5 per order (FREE over $50)
- Payment: Cash or e‑Transfer at the door
- Safe Drop: Available only if prepaid via e‑Transfer
- Missed Delivery: If payment isn’t available, your order will be returned. Re‑delivery fee: $5
Manitoba Shipping
- Flat Rate: $12 anywhere in Manitoba
- FREE Shipping: Orders $50+ (before tax)
- Carrier: Canada Post Expedited Parcel
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: Included with all orders
Order Processing
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Packaging & Sustainability
- All teas are packed in sealed, food-grade pouches for freshness.
- Please recycle or reuse pouches where possible.
Delays & Exceptions
- Weather or postal disruptions: Delivery times may be extended during severe weather or Canada Post service delays.
- Holiday periods: Order early to avoid seasonal backlogs.
Returns & Refunds
- Consumable products: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened tea products.
- Order issues: If you receive the wrong item or there’s a quality concern, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
- Damaged in transit: Report within 24 hours with photos of packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
