  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    • Unopened
    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Perishable Goods

  • Opened or used perishable items (including loose-leaf tea, tea blends, or consumables) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Unopened perishable items in original packaging may be returned within the 30-day window.
  • If a perishable product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will issue a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify your return.
